LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.3.3.3.8.7. Subsidio de manutención. De los estudiantes seleccionados los que comprueben que su familia o ellos tienen ingresos mensuales inferiores a tres (3) salarios mínimos mensuales, tendrán derecho a un subsidio equivalente a un salario mínimo mensual en cada semestre, máximo durante diez semestres, siempre y cuando demuestren buen rendimiento académico, de acuerdo con el reglamento que para el efecto expida el Instituto Colombiano de Crédito Educativo y Estudios Técnicos en el Exterior - Icetex, según lo dispuesto.

Parágrafo

En el evento en que un estudiante sea seleccionado tanto a nivel nacional como departamental, no podrá por ese hecho acceder a dos subsidios educativos.
