Facultase Al Ministerio De Guerra Para Permitir El Transporte De Carga En Los Barcos De Su Dependencia, Marítimos O Fluviales, Siempre Que Con Ello Se Afecten Las Necesidades Y Exigencias Inherentes Al Servicio De Dichas Unidades

°. Facultase al Ministerio de Guerra para permitir el transporte de carga en los barcos de su dependencia, marítimos o fluviales, siempre que con ello se afecten las necesidades y exigencias inherentes al servicio de dichas Unidades.

Parágrafo

Los transportes fluviales a que se refiere el presente artículo se efectuaran, por ahora, únicamente por la Flotilla del río Magdalena.
