ARTICULO 97. Anticipo de cesantía. A los Agentes de la Policía Nacional se les podrá conceder anticipos de cesantía hasta por la totalidad del tiempo que acrediten en la fecha de la respectiva solicitud, previa comprobación de que su valor será invertido en la adquisición de lote de terreno o vivienda, o en la construcción, reparación o liberación de ésta.

Parágrafo

Cuando el Agente de la Policía Nacional acredite tener vivienda, podrá otorgársele anticipo de cesantía para la dotación de la misma, o para atender calamidad doméstica o extrema necesidad, de conformidad con reglamentación que expida el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
