Art 1.° Condónase á los herederos del señor Elías Reyes y al señor Gonzalo Córdoba la suma de diez mil ochocientos sesenta y un pesos y setenta y cinco centavos ($10,861-75), que quedaron á deber el finado al señor Córdoba como rematadores de la renta de degüello de las Provincias de Cali y Buenaventura en el año de 1890.
