El delegado del Instituto de Crédito Territorial en la Junta de Directores de la Caja será designado por el Presidente de la República, de terna elevada por la Junta Directiva del Instituto. Su periodo será de dos años y tomara un suplente designado en la misma forma y tomado de la misma terna.
