Desde el 1º de enero de 1930 quedan prohibidos la producción, venta y el anuncio de preparados que se digan específicos contra la mordedura de serpientes venenosas, y que no hayan sido declarados científicamente eficaces para tal fin por la Comisión de Especialidades Farmacéuticas, que oirá previamente el concepto de la Academia Nacional de Medicina.
