º Constituye deber especial de los jefes de las entidades suprimidas o fusionadas o del liquidador, según el caso, procurar la vinculación de las personas que en ellas laboran y coordinar con las entidades receptoras, la incorporación de sus funcionarios. Para este efecto se podrá solicitar la asesoría del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil. Las hojas de vida de los empleados serán enviadas a las entidades donde sean incorporados, para la actualización de los registros y demás fines pertinentes.
