Contratación. La prestación del servicio de transporte escolar en vehículos particulares se realizará a través de un contrato individual celebrado directamente con el padre de familia.

Parágrafo

Las personas naturales o las asociaciones de padres de familia, con permiso para esta prestación de este servicio que hayan celebrado contratos con establecimientos educativos deberán solicitar al padre de familia el aval correspondiente.
