Medios. Los servicios especiales y los servicios comunitarios de vigilancia y seguridad privada podrán hacer uso de equipos de seguridad, comunicaciones, transporte e instalaciones necesarios para desarrollar su actividad, con las licencias y autorizaciones correspondientes.
