Io del artículo 4° del Decreto 398 de 1990, quedará así:

Parágrafo 1

Los representantes de las Asociaciones de Padres de Familia, de los Coordinadores, de los decentes y de los empleados administrativos, serán elegidos por sus respectivas asambleas por un período de un año, reelegibles por una sola vez para un período igual.
