Modifíquense los incisos segundo y tercero del artículo 478 del Decreto número 1165 de 2019, los cuales quedarán así: “Este procedimiento requiere la autorización del usuario operador, quien deberá incorporar la información correspondiente en los servicios informáticos electrónicos”. “Así mismo requiere el diligenciamiento de la solicitud de autorización de embarque y del trámite de la declaración de exportación”.
