Todas las multas a que se refiere el presente Decreto se pagarán a la Oficina de Control de Circulación y Residencia, y serán destinadas a la adecuada aplicación de las medidas contempladas para el control de la densidad demográfica en el Archipiélago y para la realización de obras de conservación y mantenimiento del medio ambiente en él.
