El Gobierno Nacional verificará la cesión a título gratuito al Departamento del Atlántico de un lote de terreno que hace parte de los antiguos patios del Ferrocarril de Barranquilla, y que mide un área de 23.185 metros cuadrados, con los siguientes linderos: por el Norte y por el Sur, con predio de The Colombia Railways & Navigation Co; por el Este, con el Canal acuático de las Compañías y por el Oeste, teniendo la carretera llamada de La María en medio, con predio del Gobierno Nacional.
