El solicitante de Visa Temporal Inmigrante deberá presentar, además, la documentación que avale la actividad que desarrollará en el país, acreditando su capacidad, experiencia o aptitud profesional o laboral que a juicio del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, garantice que el solicitante y su familia, si es del caso, podrán vivir en el país sin constituirse en una carga social para el Estado Colombiano.
