Art. 5.° Destínase la mitad del impuesto establecido en la Ley 46 de 1892, como auxilio para la construcción del camino de Cúcuta al Magdalena. Esta suma será entregada por el Administrador de la Aduana de Cúcuta al Gerente de la Compañía empresaria de dicha vía.
