Autorízase al Gobierno para que, con destino a las oficinas nacionales que funcionan en la capital del Cauca, adquiera el Palacio de San Francisco, perteneciente a ese Departamento, o construya un edificio adecuado, para tal fin, abriendo el crédito a que haya lugar.
