Art. 2.° En lo sucesivo, dejarán de ser administrados los enunciados montes i terrenos por el Tesorero jeneral, en su calidad de ajente de bienes desamortizados. Su administracion corresponderá a la Secretaría de Hacienda i Fomento, como encargada de la direccion de la renta de Salinas, pues dichos terrenos i montes se declaran complemento necesario de los elementos de elaboracion de la Salina de Chita.
