En caso de que el Gobierno deba reasumir la administración directa de la renta de Salinas Marítimas, o porque llegue a un arreglo directo con los actuales Administradores delegados, o que por falta de cumplimiento del contrato se vea obligado a hacerlo, queda el Gobierno ampliamente autorizado para organizar del modo como considere más eficaz para los intereses fiscales, dicha administración directa.
