Artículo segundo. Para que las Secretarias de Educación tengan derecho a percibir los auxilios a que se refiere el presente Decreto, deben enviar al Ministerio de Educación Nacional, para su visto bueno, las resoluciones que respectivamente dicten sobre la distribución de dichos fondos con destino a las oficinas seccionales del Instituto.
