º . Al suprimirse un cargo de carrera administrativa cuyo titular sea una empleada de carrera en estado de embarazo y que habiendo optado por la incorporación esta no fuere posible, tendrá derecho a la indemnización de que trata el artículo 51 de la Ley 909 de 2005.
