Obligatoriedad y oportunidad de la conciliación . En todo proceso declarativo de índole agraria, salvo disposición en contrario, deberá el juez procurar la conciliación de la controversia, una vez contestada la demanda. También podrá efectuarse la conciliación a petición de las partes, de común acuerdo, en cualquier etapa del proceso. (Artículo 35 Decreto 2303 de 1989).
