Créase una Junta de organización y ejecución de la conferencia científica de que trata el artículo 1° de este Decreto, y que tendrá además la función de ordenadora de gastos de los fondos nacionales apropiados por este Decreto, Junta que estará integrada por el Gobernador del Departamento del Chocó y tres miembros designados por el Gobierno Nacional.
