El conocimiento de los asuntos concernientes a las entidades sometidas por la ley a la inspección, control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria y cuya naturaleza no pueda clasificarse de manera específica dentro de cualquiera de las áreas de supervisión existentes, corresponderá a la que determine el Superintendente Bancario, de conformidad con el literal e), numeral 1 del artículo 329 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero.
