El centinela que, en tiempo de paz cometiere alguno de los delitos enumerados en el Artículo 190 precedente, será castigado con la pena de seis meses a un año de destino a una Compañía disciplinaria. Si el delito cometido fue re alguno de los enumerados en el Artículo 191 precedente, la pena aplicable será de tres a seis meses de destino a una Compañía disciplinaria.
