Articulo 1 º . Adiciónase el artículo 4º del Decreto 2380 del 25 de octubre de 1994, así:

Parágrafo 1

El Gobierno podrá integrar Comités de Apoyo para complementar y secundar las tareas que realicen los comités tripartitos de que trata el presente artículo. Estos se integrarán por el Gobierno Nacional con amplia representación de los diversos sectores y en especial de aquellos que puedan contribuir con sus aportes y con sus acciones al cumplimiento de los objetivos señalados en el Decreto 2380 de 1994.

Parágrafo 2

Los Comités de Apoyo podrán reunirse conjunta o separadamente con la Comisión del Pacto Social, a juicio de su Presidente y de su Coordinador.
