Ley 96 de 1928 · Por la cual se señalan nuevos límites a las Comisarías de Caquetá y del Putumayo, se crea la Comisaría Especial del Amazonas y se dictan otras disposiciones

Los visitadores a que se refiere el Artículo precedente ejercerán sus funciones en la forma que determine el Gobierno Nacional, por medio de los reglamentos que expida para la ejecución de esta Ley.

Parágrafo 1

La asignación mensual de los Visitadores será fijada por el Gobierno. El Gobierno podrá abrir los créditos administrativos necesarios para atender a ellos.

Parágrafo 2

Facúltase al Poder Ejecutivo para cambiar, cuando las circunstancias lo exijan y lo justifiquen, las capitales de las Comisarias a que esta Ley se refiere, con excepción de la del Caquetá.
