La información que repose en el Registro Nacional de Beneficios por Colaboración con la Justicia estará a disposición de los funcionarios judiciales y del Ministerio Público, quienes podrán consultarla en cualquier momento para efectos de conceder, negar o revocar beneficios por colaboración con la justicia y evitar la indebida acumulación de los mismos.
