Art. 4°. Quedan derogadas todas las leyes sobre auxilios a los establecimientos de Beneficencia.

Artículo transitorio. Los establecimientos de Beneficencia subvencionados temporalmente por leyes especiales, con mayores sumas de las señaladas en esta Ley, continuaran disfrutando de aquella subvención mayor, hasta la caducidad de la respectiva ley que la establece.
