Artículo tercero. El patrono que celebre contratos de trabajo con violación de lo dispuesto en el

Parágrafo 1

del articulo 1º de la Ley antes mencionada, incurrirá en la misma sanción de multas hasta por $2.000.00, sin perjuicio de los derechos del trabajador contratado.
