Son prohibiciones para la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones en relación con sus empleados, las siguientes

a)

Limitar o presionar en cualquier forma el ejercicio de su derecho de asociación o fomentar el paralelismo sindical.

b)

Imponer a los trabajadores obligaciones de carácter religioso o político, o dificultarles o impedirles el ejercicio del derecho del sufragio.

c)

Hacer, autorizar o tolerar propaganda política en los sitios de trabajo.

d)

Las demás que determinen las leyes y reglamentos. TITULO III. DEL INGRESO A LA EMPRESA NACIONAL DE TELECOMUNICACIONES. CAPITULO I. DE LOS NOMBRAMIENTOS.
