Corríjase el inciso 7 del artículo 89 de la Ley 715 de 2001, en la siguiente forma: El control, seguimiento y verificación del uso legal de los recursos del Sistema General de Participaciones es responsabilidad de la Contraloría General de la República. Para tal fin establecerá con las contralorías territoriales un sistema de vigilancia especial de estos recursos.
