º. Las estampillas suministradas se adherirán, de manera firme y consistente, así

Una a cada envase de frasco o botella de cognac o brandy, whiskey, ginebra, opuse-café o algún otro licor espirituoso.

Una a cada frasco o botella que contenga esencias de tocador o perfumes.

Una a cada cajetilla de cigarrillos, cualquiera que sea su procedencia.
