Decreto 1247 de 2020 · por el cual se desagrega de la comprensión municipal del Círculo Notarial de Ábrego (Norte de Santander), el municipio de la Playa de Belén; se adiciona el municipio de la Playa de Belén al Círculo Notarial de San Calixto (Norte de Santander), y se reubica la cabecera y sede notarial del municipio de San Calixto en el municipio de la Playa de Belén (Norte de Santander).
