Las entidades territoriales participantes en los bonos pensionales especiales tipo T, podrán autorizar el pago de dichos bonos con cargo a los recursos del FONPET, con el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el Decreto 4105 de 2004 y demás normas complementarias.
