Ningún miembro de la Junta Directiva, funcionario del Instituto podrán revelar asuntos que por su naturaleza deban mantenerse en reserva, de conformidad con los reglamentos.

Los resultados de las labores investigativas del Instituto serán divulgados por los funcionarios que designen los reglamentos, con carácter meramente informativo.
