Pérdida del derecho al subsidio por no asistencia a recibir atención en salud. El enfermo de lepra subsidiado que durante un año no asista a recibir atención de la unidad de salud en donde se encuentre inscrito para control y tratamiento, pierde el derecho al subsidio de que tratan los artículos 5° de la Ley 148 de 1961 y 1° de la Ley 14 de 1964.
