Tarifas que cobran las cámaras de comercio por concepto de afiliación. Las Juntas Directivas de las cámaras de comercio establecerán, modificarán o ajustarán las cuotas de afiliación. Para ello, atenderán siempre criterios de igualdad. Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, las tarifas deberán ser informadas en las actas de las reuniones de la Junta Directiva que las cámaras de comercio envían periódicamente a la Superintendencia de Sociedades. Normas concordantes: Artículo 19 y 79 del Código de Comercio. Artículos 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 23 y 28 de la Ley 1727 de 2014. Artículos 2.2.2.38.2.13., 2.2.2.38.1.4 y 2.2.2.38.3.9. del Decreto Único Reglamentario 1074 de 2015.
