Cuando todos los Vocales han entregado a1 Juez sus respuestas, se precede al escrutinio, cuyos resultados se consignan en una copia del cuestionario que se ha dejado al efecto y que deben firmar el Juez de derecho y los Vocales.

Hecho el escrutinio se ordena que se abran de nuevo las puertas; de pie y en silencio todos los asistentes, el Juez lee en voz alta el veredicto.

Se tiene como veredicto la respuesta que obtenga la mayoría de votos.
