Para hacer efectivas estas multas el Tesorero del Montepío Militar, llegado el caso, dará aviso al Jefe superior inmediato del empleado responsable, para que decrete la multa y de las órdenes relativas á su cobro. Si el superior dejare de decretar la multa, quedará también incurso en la misma pena, y en tal caso el Presidente de la Junta Directiva del Montepío procederá á hacerlas efectivas con el solo aviso del Tesorero.

Parágrafo

Estas multas ingresarán á la caja del Montepío Militar.
