Art. 2.° Corresponde al expresado Ministro dictar las resoluciones y proponer los decretos que juzgue necesarios para el funcionamiento regular de dicha Junta, de manera que en todos sus actos se observen las prescripciones fiscales establecidas en las leyes que rigen en la materia. Comuníquese y publíquese.
