°. Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, adiciona los artículos 2.19.1.1.12 a 2.19.1.1.15 al Decreto 2555 de 2010, y deroga el artículo 5°, el inciso primero del artículo 6° y el artículo 16, del Decreto 2968 de 1960, el artículo 23 del Decreto 958 de 1961, y los artículos 17 y 22 del Decreto 2514 de 1987.
