°. Provisión de los empleos. La provisión de los empleos creados en el artículo 1° del presente decreto deberá hacerse de conformidad con las disposiciones presupuestales y hasta la concurrencia presupuestal de cada vigencia fiscal, cumpliendo con todos los requisitos legales para tal fin, y en armonía con las fases establecidas en el Decreto 1768 del 24 de diciembre de 2020, para los empleos judiciales.
