Para efectos de la ejecución de los planes y programas que adopte el Fondo de Reconstrucción RESURGIR, la Junta Directiva podrá autorizar a otras entidades públicas para que procedan a adquirir por negociación directa o por expropiación los inmuebles que requieran. En este evento, la entidad pública autorizada se ceñirá al procedimiento aquí previsto.
