La exención de los trámites de legalización de los documentos necesarios para la aplicación del convenio se aplicará exclusivamente a los originados oficialmente en las instituciones de seguridad social en los Países Miembros y a los que fueren presentados por los interesados ante una de esas instituciones, siempre que en otro caso sean enviados en la correspondencia oficial de la institución remitente de los documentos.
