Artículo primero. A partir del primero de abril de 1953 los ciudadanos suizos que visiten el país en viaje de turismo estarán exentos de obtener la correspondiente visa colombiana.

Parágrafo

Los ciudadanos suizos que tengan como turistas deberán presentar ante las autoridades portuarias colombinas el respectivo pasaporte válido, y los Capitanes de puertos o aeropuertos harán constar en tales documentos que el titular entra al país en calidad de turista.
