Asistentes e invitados. A las sesiones del Comité de Clasificación de Películas podrán concurrir por derecho propio, el Ministro de Cultura o su delegado, quien puede ser un funcionario diferente de aquel que ejerza la secretaría, y el solicitante de la clasificación en forma personal o a través de apoderado.

Exclusivamente para lo relacionado con el cumplimiento de sus funciones, con la mayoría de los votos de los miembros asistentes podrán ser invitadas otras personas.
