º. Aplicación de los recursos. Los recursos de que trata el artículo anterior se aplicarán exclusivamente para inversión de conformidad con las competencias asignadas al departamento archipiélago de San Andrés y Providencia, los distritos y municipios en la Ley 715 de 2001. En el caso de los resguardos indígenas, dichos recursos se destinarán a inversiones en los sectores establecidos en el artículo 83 de la Ley 715 de 2001.
