Artículo séptimo. Fideicomisario. La Compañía Frutera de Sevilla entregará a la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, la suma de dinero que garantice el pago de las pensiones de jubilación a que tengan derecho sus trabajadores, con sujeción a las normas legales que regulan lo relativo a pensiones de jubilación de los trabajadores particulares.
