° Si trascurrido el término fijado en el artículo anterior el Recaudador de empréstitos no recibiere las listas i espedientes enunciados, los empleados a quienes se impone el deber de pasarlos a dicho Recaudador incurrirán en una multa de diez pesos ($ 10) por cada dia de retardo. Esta multa la impondrá el mismo Recaudador, sin que de su resolucion pueda reclamarse, i la hará efectiva sumaria i ejecutivamente, tomado por base copia de la comunicacion en que haya participado la posesion de su empleo.
