° El Consejo determinará si los objetos, elementos o medios de transporte deben ser destinados al servicio oficial o sin han de ser rematados, y así lo conceptuará al Gobierno para efectos de la resolución ejecutiva que deba dictarse. En caso de destinación al servicio oficial, el Consejo establecerá; por medios que estimare pertinentes, cual fue la entidad que hizo el decomiso o la aprehensión. El uso que se le asignare consultará, en todo caso, las finalidades que persigue el Decreto 1188 en su artículo 52.
